The OSD Practitioner Formation Programme seeks
to enhance the competence and effectiveness of professionals and
leaders to facilitate, lead and influence change in organizations
and larger social systems. The main thrust of the Programme is to
enhance personal growth and to develop practitioners who are competent
at using themselves as instruments of change. The emphasis on personal
growth builds the practitioner into a finely honed instrument who
has integrated the cognitive, emotional and relational aspects of
influencing into a well-balanced frame. Participants will practise
new skills in how to: observe phenomena, assess issues from a systems
thinking perspective and within a multi-cultural and multi-stakeholder
context, selectively report and effectively intervene in different
organisational contexts. The programme emphasises on field practice,
offering real time exposure to change management processes in organizations.
The Programme is accredited by the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland
Organisation &Systems Development Integrative Study Centre,
Ohio, USA.
