Daniel Inkoom is a Development Planner and Project Formulation/ Evaluation Consultant and has worked in these capacities at national district, and community levels in Ghana, Benin and Nigeria. He has carried out numerous assignments involving training, project planning evaluation, and research within his competencies for several ministries, departments, and agencies, as well as organisations including ACTION AID, CBUD, DANIDA, DFID, GTZ,
IITA, SG2000, SNV, TEARFUND (UK), JICA, UNDP and the World Bank.
He holds a doctorate degree in Resource Policy and Management (1998) and a Graduate Diploma in Regional Development Planning (1990) from the University of Dortmund in Germany, an MSc Degree in Development Planning and Management (1991), and a BSc degree in Planning (1987) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and
Dr Inkoom is a Certified GTZ Moderator/Facilitator and has trained in the Use of Participatory Approaches to Training and Learning in Ghana and India. He is a member of the International Association of Impact Assess-
Technology in Kumasi. He has post Graduate Certificates in International Development Studies from the University of Oslo, Norway (1989), Forest Policy Analysis from the European Forest Institute in Joensuu, Finland, (1996) and Enterprise Development from ICON Consult/DEG in Bonn, Germany (1999). He is currently enrolled in a study programme in the Gestalt Approach to Organisational Consulting organised by the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Ohio, USA.
