He is also a member of the International Organisation Development Association (IODA). He is a trained Facilitator, an Organisation Development and Management Consultant with specialist interest in the development of Planning,
Monitoring and Evaluation Systems, Project Appraisals and Management, leadership and Organisational capacity building.

He has extensive African, European and American experience working for several prestigious international clients and donor organizations including, the Commonwealth Secretariat, German Technical Cooperation, Canadian International Development Agency, the World Bank, Danish International Development Agency, The Kofi Annan
International Peace Keeping Training Centre, the UK Department for International Development, the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftainship of Lesotho and several other government ministries, departments and agencies in Ghana and abroad. Fareed is the Deputy Head of the Organisation Development Centre, Ghana and a member of the faculty of the Organisation and Systems development practitioner formation programme of the centre.
