OD Centre – Ghana
OD Centre Ghana is a non-profit organisation, specialised in organisation and leadership development, change management, executive coaching, leadership transitions, and strategic human capacity development. We deploy the Gestalt and Dialogic approaches to organisation and leadership development, experiential learning and action research methodologies in our process facilitation techniques. Our engagement processes seek to support systems (individuals, teams, organisations and large systems) to become more aware of their effective and dysfunctional patterns, and equip them to undertake the necessary changes towards enhancing their effectiveness.
OD Centre-Ghana was incorporated in 1993, and functions with a team of experienced faculty, consisting of local and international consultants who offer up-to-date and cutting edge engagement processes that enable systems to turn around and re-align towards enhanced effectiveness.
