Mr. Nkum is an Organization Development Consultant with experience in facilitating organizational interventions and change towards increased effectiveness using systems thinking and other organization development methodologies; including whole system change, team building, group dynamics retreats, multi-stakeholder dialogue processes, strategic planning and organizational assessment. This experience was gained working with various organizations in Ghana and internationally across various sectors including government, private organisations, INGOs and local NGOs. Mr. Nkum has experience in building and maintaining relations and networks with all categories of leadership from community level to industrial/businesses, political and multilateral bodies
Mr. Nkum’s work has led him to co-facilitated and supported OD interventions, workshops/trainings for clients in Ghana including public, private and non-government organizations such as: Africa Union Commission, Ghana Oil and Gas for Inclusive Growth (GOGIG), IRC International, Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA), Commercial Court of Ghana, GIZ-AAESCC project, WANEP – West African Network for Peacebuilding, C-SIREA (A GIZ project on renewable energy), International Central Gospel Church (ICGC), Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA), Ghana Irrigation Development Agency (GIDA), Community Water and Sanitation Agency (CWSA), Multimedia Limited Group, Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre, IRC (WASH International organization) and various ministries of the Government of Ghana and many others.
Mr. Nkum also supported the development of a facilitator’s manual for National Development Planning Commission of Ghana (NDPC) and facilitated the training of NDPC personnel in facilitation techniques and skills for deployment to urban and rural parts of Ghana. Recently, Mr. Nkum was part of the faculty team that facilitated the OD Intro Programme for the Commissioners and Directors of various departments of African Union Commission. Internationally, Mr. Nkum facilitated work processes, participatory dialogue and “diagnosis with impact” in Open Space (South Africa), Humanities department (University of Budapest, Hungary) and Ariele (Milan, Italy).
