Cecilia Dei-Anang, has more than twenty-three years (23) years global experience in multiple disciplines: comprising government and media relations, public affairs, reputation and crisis management, marketing and human resource management.

Cecilia specialises in Strategy, Communications, and is currently focused on Education and Behavioural Science.

Cecilia is the Founder of Imago Connect Limited: a Management & Leadership Management Consultancy that uses the Gestalt approach of Organization Systems Development (OSD) to support individuals and organisations in developing relevant solutions. This is done through leadership & management skills training, awareness creation and mobilisation of energies and systems.

As a Crestcom® International-trained facilitator of the BulletProof® Manager training programme, Cecilia currently supports senior managers from various industries, in their leadership and management development.  Prior to that, Cecilia worked on four continents with three blue chip companies in electronics and food manufacturing (NEC, BOSE, Nestlé Ghana and Nestlé CWAR).  She has also worked with development organisations: at senior management level at SNV, a Netherlands Development Organisation.

Believing in the boundless learning capacity of children, Cecilia is also an authorised FasTracKids® International Master Franchisee for Ghana.  FasTracKids® is an early educational enrichment programme that provides fun, interactive early learning classes that infuse a love of learning in children: from six (6) months of age, to ten (10) years old.

As President of Ringier Ghana Limited, a subsidiary of Ringier AG: a Swiss Multimedia company that is over 180 years old, Cecilia was instrumental in the entry of Ringier AG into Africa: Ghana, and Nigeria.  Ringier AG’s activities in Africa are primarily focused on Digital Media: content, e-commerce, classifieds and digital marketing.

Cecilia is also a board member of Ghana Heritage Conservation Trust (GHCT), and chairs the Communications Committee of the GHCT. She is also a board member of MyDream.org and Cocoa360 (formerly known as Tarkwa-Breman Community Alliance TBCA): these are all not-for-profit organisations in Education, Agriculture and Health.

Cecilia was educated in Ghana and the United Kingdom, and has worked in both countries as well as in Switzerland and Holland. She has the ability to create, develop and implement solutions in challenging environments.
