Chantelle Wyley is a coach, facilitator, trainer and adult learning specialist working in the field of project / program management, and leadership development using emotional intelligence and the Gestalt approach. Chantelle works with leaders in the public and private sector around personal development, diversity, and how to cultivate powerful personal presence and resonant relationships. She teaches internationally in these areas, and has shown special commitment to the uniqueness and learning inherent in South Africa’s transformation.

Chantelle is based in Cape Town as co-chair of Baobab Consulting and Training (, and divides her time between Cape Town and Berlin, Germany. She is an associate of the Teleos Leadership Institute (Philadelphia, USA, ), Randel Associates (Washington USA), Zenande Leadership (Johannesburg South Africa), and an Associate Coach with Virtual Coaching Partners (Israel and South Africa). She is a partner in GestaltOD Partners (New Jersey, Chicago, Accra, Cape Town). From 2008 to 2017 she was a Technical Advisor in the Government Technical Advisory Centre (formerly Technical Assistance Unit), National Treasury of South Africa ( ).  She teaches facilitators, coaches, consultants and managers and leaders, as a faculty member of The iGOLD Centre (Seattle, USA, ), the Gestalt Center for Organization and Systems Development (Cleveland, Ohio, USA, the Gestalt International Study Center (Cape Cod, MA, USA,, the University of the Witwatersrand Business School, the Nelson Mandela Metro University Business School, the Graduate School of Business Science (University of Cape Town) and the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS, University of Pretoria).
