Mary Ann is an executive coach and organizational effectiveness consultant based in Chicago, Illinois, USA.  She has more than 25 years of experience working with high level leadership teams and helping organizations navigate complex change.  Her client base represents sectors of education, pharmaceutical, retail, technology, healthcare, government, non-government, energy, aeronautics, and banking and finance in North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa.

Her leadership experience includes Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness for Exelon Corporation (NYSE:EXC) and Vice-city Manager of the City of East Cleveland, Ohio; USA.

Mary Ann is currently Adjunct Professor in the Executive MBA Program at Loyola University in Chicago; Faculty for the Yale School of Management/Yale New Haven Hospital’s Strategic Agility and Innovation Program; Dean for The NTL Institute’s Organization Development (OD) Certificate Program in Oxford, England and faculty in other NTL certificate programs in the USA, India, and Singapore. She is co-founder of GestaltOD Partners LLC and co-chairperson of the International Gestalt Organization and Leadership Development Program (iGOLD Program). She has facilitated leadership programs at Boehringer-Ingelheim; Champlain College; Borsch; Virtusa; Singapore Civil Service College; IBM; Larsen & Toubro (L&T); PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC); Ralph Lauren.

She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, a M.S. in Counseling and Human Resources, and a B.S. in Business Management. She is a pioneer in the application of Appreciative Inquiry as an organizational change methodology and has Gestalt education and training working with organizations, groups, and individuals (therapy).

Mary Ann has published numerous articles and is co-author of two forthcoming books — one on Gestalt practice and another book on her RSVP (Relationships, Strategy, Vision, Performance) Fundamentals of Leadership Model) — to be published second quarter 2019 by Libri Publishing, UK.

Her professional affiliations have included NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science; Academy of Management Association; Gestalt Institute of Cleveland; The Kurt Lewin Center; and Organization Development Network (ODN).
